Beitel UK is the UK operating business of Beitel Group, which has provided housing for more than 75 years. It has its own UK leadership team and will be registered in its own right to operate the homes it acquires.
And make no mistake about who stands behind it: this is a family business in the plainest sense. The Beitel family owns Beitel UK outright, funds it with its own capital and leads it personally. No funds, no outside shareholders and no exit clock. When you speak with Beitel UK, you speak with owners whose name is on the door.
Much of the capital in UK care works to a fixed exit date. Beitel UK is built as a long-term hold.
